Amazing Secret Will Explode Your Team Building

Amazing Secret Will Explode Your Team Building I was listening to one of our top leaders talk on team building today and just had to share this.  I had never thought of this as Pushing Boulders Up Hill before. Matt Morris is known as The Unemployed Millionaire and for good reason, He knows how to build a huge team. I always know that I m going to get some hugely valuable tidbit to help increase my team building skills and help my team. In his blog post today he talked about taking your business from the ordinary to extraordinary. Pushing Boulders Up Hill I personally had never heard of Team Building put this way.  What do boulders have to do with building a large Network Marketing organization? Once I understood what he was talking about it all made sense.  Not only in the building part but in why people don t build. Think about it, how hard is it to push a boulder up a hill.  Pretty silly question, right.  Now think about how hard is it to push that same boulder once you have re

Recruiting Tip: The 4 Step Invite

Recruiting Tip: The 4 Step Invite I thought since yesterday s recruiting tip was on the 3 step setup that today I would share with you the 4 Step Invite. This was shown to me by another top leader in our company, Dave Watson, but it applies to any Network Marketing Business. The great news with these systems is that they are highly duplicatable and easily trained. By using the 4 Step Invite in today s post and the 3 Step Setup in yesterday s post, you have the whole system to ramp up your prospecting and recruiting. Again the great thing about this is it s easy and you can teach anyone how to do that. Here is the 4 Step Invite System 1.     Be In A Hurry People are always in a hurry and you should be no different.  If your conversation with the prospect is more than 45 seconds that s a clue you are talking too much. This is not the time for chit chat or catching up with the family. It would look something like this Hi John, this is Ron Deering.  I don t have a lot of time right no

Recruiting Tip: The 3 Step Setup

Recruiting Tip: The 3 Step Setup One of the great leaders in our company, Scott Ross, teaches a system called The 3 Step Setup. The recruiting tip for today is going through this system step by step. This system is designed to be used just prior to giving a presentation. So you have done the invite and now you are going to give the presentation or send them to a presentation it s time to use this 3 step setup system. Remember that the key to building is telling and the one who shows the most presentations WINS! How would you like to know that they will ask you to show you them the presentation?  That they would be so eager to see the presentation that they will ask you to see it. So Here it is The 3 Step Setup This is done before you give the presentation. 1.     Why This is where you tell the prospect what your why is.  The key to this is to be as vulnerable as possible. You need to talk from the heart and be as open as possible. Example: Hey, John I love getting together today w

MLM Prospecting: What Is Go For No?

MLM Prospecting: Are You a Yes Man? If you have never heard of the concept of Go For No, today is your lucky day.  When it comes to MLM Prospecting the Go For No method is one of the best out there. If you have never heard of the book by Richard Fenton and Andrea Waltz you are really missing out. When I first saw this title Go For No I thought this sounds like a catchy marketing slogan of some sort. It sounded like Just Say No or Go For The Moon or one of those cliche s that you hear so very often. Finally, I couldn t stand it any longer and I had to get the book on my iPad and read it to see what this NO concept was all about. MLM Prospecting by going after the NO! Well, the first thing I noticed was the SubTitle, Yes Is The Destination, No Is How You Get There. So let s start this discussion with that tagline in mind.  Our ultimate goal or destination is that almighty YES! If we set up our days goals with how many Yes s we are going to get that day we will stop and feel like we h
