Now that said let me tell you a little about myself.  I've been doing MLM businesses for many years on and off.  I've had success in some and others not so much.  Sound like a familiar story. I'm sure my story is the story of must people who have been in the MLM industry for a long time.  We either fall into one of 3 categories.

 

1.  Rich and Famous

2.  Supplemental income but no great financial success

3.  Moving from opportunity to opportunity trying to find the right one.

 

Well I have fallen into the 3rd category over the years with a modicum of success but nothing to sustain me.  I have always been the one on the team that seem to always do all the training and being a techy the one to help people with all the company sites and tech issues.

 

I would build a team but it always seemed like my upline was bigger and using my presentations and training to build "The Team", which was mostly there's.  I don't regret that growth and training I got but I finally decided that I would look for a business that had some things in place already that I could take advantage of and build a great team.

Leadership.... comes in all forms.... leadership from the corporation level is a must.  Leaders that see the future, stay on top of technology and stay on top of the pulse of the field.

Upline team leadership is essential.  We've all heard the cliche' of the speed of the team is based on the speed of the leader.  Well I believe this is very true and I have found what I believe to be the best of both.

 

First the company is Numis Network and the company leadership is the best I've ever seen.  Three gentlemen who really are on top of the industry, the field and technology.  Ian Cordell, Christopher Kent and Jake Kevorkian are incredible leaders and are involved in every aspect of the business.

 

Secondly, my upline leadership staring with my sponsor David Wood is phenomenal.  He is constantly doing great training, provided great tools and support when ever you need it.  He has lead the way in everything he trains on and continues to excel.  Next I have to talk about Ray Higdon.  He is my upline 6 star and top earner in the company.  He is also always putting on great training and online tools (e.g. blogs, videos, audios...).  It is obvious that he is sold on the company and the business and is not going to be swayed by other companies and other offers to jump ship. 

 

Well all I can say is that I have found a home and with this leadership I can see a future filled with success and growth here in North Idaho.  I have yet to go full force ahead but now is the time for me to do what I know how to do and follow my Great Leadership into the success we all deserve.
